Jason Skusa

Jason Skusa is the founder and operating manager of JAMRE Entertainment. He has over 10 years of experience performing DJ and emcee services for just about every type of event. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Wright State University and spent the early part of his career in corporate sales/service and public speaking. Jason always had a passion for music and spent his spare time performing guitar and hosting karaoke shows all over Dayton and Cincinnati during the late 1990s. In 2000, he established JAMRE Entertainment with the idea to offer mobile entertainment that is organized and professional, at a reasonable price. Since then, Jason has performed at hundreds of events including: Weddings, Company Parties, University Functions, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, School Dances, Reunions, Graduations, Nightclubs, and all types of Parties!

I would say my favorite events are Weddings and Bar/Bat Mitzvahs. I think it’s because they are the most detailed and require the most skill and energy. Don’t get me wrong, I still enjoy a laid back party, but I love playing a key role in the success of a once-in-a-lifetime event. As an event DJ, you get to play different music for a different group of people at a different venue every week. You never get bored in this business, that’s for sure!
